We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Care Support Professional to join our team in Cambridge.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

You will work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients, including personal care, domestic support, and emotional support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, medication, and other relevant information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to improve client outcomes.

About this role:

We offer a competitive salary of £11.78 per hour, plus enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply). You will also receive premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
