We are currently looking for a Care and Support Assistant to join our team in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit team, providing person-centred care and support to our clients.

This role involves working as an autonomous individual, making decisions about daily routines, activities, and goals, while ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with personal care needs, including toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance.
  • Encourage social interaction, facilitate engagement in hobbies and interests, and promote independence.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, medication, and other relevant information.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

About this role:

We offer a competitive salary of £11.78 per hour, plus enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply). You will also receive premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
