Home Care Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Home Care Worker to join our team in Cambridge. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to our clients in their own homes.

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
• Encourage social interaction, facilitate engagement in hobbies and interests, and promote independence.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, medication, and other relevant information.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

About this role:

We offer a competitive salary of £11.78 per hour, plus enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply). You will also receive premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
