Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Fresh Direct, a leading specialist supplier of fresh produce and dairy across Great Britain.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both external and internal customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all orders and collections with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting company targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and fulfilling business commitments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless processes and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with customer business, expectations, and requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an office or customer service environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to exceed set standards.
  • Proficient in PC literacy.
