Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Jump Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all customers entering the park, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Engage and interact with customers to ensure they have an awesome experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Explain the rules and regulations for each station, answering any questions customers may have and providing clear guidance.
  • Follow scheduled cleaning procedures and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the park, adhering to company standards.
  • Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
  • Monitor, clean, and organize the locker room, café seating areas, and safety equipment, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Report any problems with equipment to management immediately, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Ensure that first aid kits are fully stocked and report any incidents or injuries to management promptly.
  • Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary to assist in the day-to-day running of the park.

Requirements

  • An outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ability to think quickly, react calmly, and handle situations responsibly.
  • A first aid qualification is desirable, but full training can be arranged.
