About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide luxury customer service experiences, working above and beyond expectations to create memorable interactions.
  • Be knowledgeable about all business products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Take ownership of client contact, ensuring swift responses and resolutions to their queries.
  • Respond to incoming correspondence in accordance with agreed procedures and standards.
  • Undertake administrative duties as requested, demonstrating a willingness to complete tasks within given timeframes.
  • Adhere to deadlines and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Mulberry media and press happenings.
  • Stay aware of the latest trends and movements within the fashion industry.
  • Collaborate with the Virtual Sales Team to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for clients.

Team and Brand:

  • Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Mulberry employee values and behaviors: Be Bold, Be Imaginative, Be Open, Be Responsible.
  • Act as an ambassador for Mulberry, communicating positively about the brand and its values.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others in a team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Reliable, punctual, and quick thinking, with the ability to multitask and display strong interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Customer service experience is essential, with experience in a luxury retail sales environment being advantageous.
