Senior Children's Social Care Manager

About the RoleAs a Team Manager, you will play a vital role in managing resources, shaping strategy, and building strong partnerships with multi-agency professionals. You will provide expert leadership, supervision, and guidance to your team, ensuring sound decision-making and effective case management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse team including Coordinators, Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)
- Lead the team in Restorative Relationships and Trauma-Informed Practice
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve positive change for children and families in North Somerset
- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to build strong partnerships
- Experience in social care, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of childcare procedures and the legislative framework guiding children's social care
- Registration with Social Work England
- Valid driving license and access to own transport or alternative means of travel
