We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team at North Somerset Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and young people with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage complex cases involving children and young people with disabilities
- Develop and implement effective plans to support children and young people to achieve their goals and improve their outcomes
- Build and maintain effective relationships with children, young people, and their families
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the lives of children and young people with disabilities
