We are committed to providing a high-quality, child-centred approach to social work in North Somerset. Our team of experienced social workers work closely with children, young people, and their families to ensure they receive the right help at the right time.

Our Approach
We work to the 6 fundamentals of relationship matters, seeing and hearing the child's voice, understanding their lived experience, responding to their voice, outcome-focused practice, and language that cares. We are committed to delivering high-quality practice to children and young people, whether that be in the Front Door, Family Support & Safeguarding, or within the Children with Disabilities Team.

About You
We are looking for passionate, creative, experienced child-centred qualified social workers to join our team. You will be supported by a strong and consistent senior management team, with a manageable caseload, high-quality reflective supervision, and working in supportive and creative social work teams.
Requirements
- Be a qualified Social Worker with a passion for working with children and their families.
- Have sound knowledge of relevant childcare legislation.
- Have an ability to build effective relationships with children, young people, and families.
