Regional Sales Director for Fenestration Solutions

Whiteoak Associates is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director to spearhead the sales of fenestration solutions into construction contractors across the Midlands and South England, including London.
This key role will involve developing revenue streams within existing clients while identifying, targeting, and winning new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of solutions to principal contractors, main contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling fenestration products into construction contractors and possess a consultative sales approach. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
Sales are typically project-based, with order values ranging from £50k to £4 million. The successful candidate can expect a basic salary between £55,000-£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), a hybrid company car, an annual bonus up to £20,000 based on performance, 22 days' holiday + bank holidays, a pension scheme, a health cash plan, employee incentives, hybrid working options, and excellent long-term career prospects.
The Regional Sales Director will report directly to the Commercial Director and will be based in the field, working from home and attending the company HQ near High Wycombe one day a week.
