Business Development Manager for Fenestration

PVCI Group Ltd is a leading manufacturer seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on PVC-U window solutions in North East England. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our market presence. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the fenestration market. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including fabricators, installers, trade counters, architects, specifiers, and main contractors
- Identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
What You'll Need
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in sales leadership, preferably in the fenestration market
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales landscapes and negotiate effectively
- A keen eye for business development and a passion for delivering results
