We are seeking a sales professional to join our team in Krakow, Poland.

About the Role

This is a target-driven sales position where you will be responsible for analyzing and strategizing how to manage and upsell accounts. You will work in a dynamic environment with individual sales targets and as part of a larger sales team to increase the customer base.

  • Provide professional customer service to commercial, public sector or consumer customers.
  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts.
  • Contact existing customers in your portfolio for a consultation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns.
  • Navigate the client so they can implement campaign suggestions.
  • Build a strong and trusting relationship with the client by optimizing their accounts using analytical skills while increasing program revenue.
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player contributing to overall team sales targets.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Sales aptitude.
  • Goal orientation.
  • Computer savvy.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between €45,000 and €60,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including private medical care, multisport card, flexible working hours, and language course reimbursement program.
