SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Connex Education. As a proactive individual with a strong passion for education, you will be responsible for providing support to pupils in both small groups and one-to-one settings. Your role will involve building strong relationships with students, fostering a positive learning environment, and delivering high-quality educational standards.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent, as well as previous experience working with SEN students. You will also have a commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom, along with an understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
The successful applicant will receive a competitive daily rate of £400 - £470 per week, paid through PAYE on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will have access to our SEND Toolkit skills development and funded formal qualifications up to Level 5 TEFL.
