SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and work one-to-one with a Year 3 student with Autism and lower level ability in the Birmingham area.
About the Job:- This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a real difference in a child's life.
- You will be responsible for supporting the child, helping them to overcome behavioral difficulties and stay engaged in their learning.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification.
- Long-term experience working with children on a one-to-one basis.
- SEN experience covering Autism and lower level ability.
- Able to communicate and build rapport with the child.
- Confident in communicating with the SENCO, leadership team, and parents.
- A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
