Business Sales Executive

Join Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd as a Business Sales Executive and be part of a growing B2B sales team. As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, generating leads, and building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and industry events to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to drive.
  • Energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic.
  • 2+ years sales experience and familiarity with media/event sales.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to industry events domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • UK drivers license.
