About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Adviser to join our global software business in Manchester. This is an office-based role that requires 5 days of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
  • Investigate and accurately record client queries and requests for support on Salesforce.
  • Support the Customer Care Specialists in achieving individual KPIs while contributing to the company's Super Service strategy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have previous customer service experience.
  • Possess excellent listening skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients and users of varying technical abilities.
  • Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
