We are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our Corporate Sales function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering, facilitating, and resolving customer queries, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date data to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical and administrative support to the Corporate Sales function
  • Answer, facilitate, and resolve customer queries, using effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring the integrity of records and minimizing errors or discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries, providing timely and effective resolutions

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
