Job Overview:
Micross Components seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of customer needs.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quotes to customers and assist in quote preparation.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with sales and internal suppliers.
  • Build customer relationships through daily interaction with the Micross customer base.
  • Provide primary support to account representatives.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of AS9100D.
  • General knowledge of reading and interpreting customer drawings.
  • Recognition of technical terms relevant to electronic components and preparation services.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work successfully with multiple departments.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
