Manchester, United Kingdom Lloyds Banking Group Full time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Manchester, covering our friendly Arndale and Piccadilly branches. As a key member of our team, you'll learn, grow, and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first.

Working 21 hours a week, including some Saturdays, you'll be part of a dynamic team that makes a genuine difference to customers, businesses, and communities. From helping customers side by side in our branches to working from home, doing your best to help the person at the other end of the line (we also connect via social media, web-chat, and remote advice video calls), every day is different.

We'll provide all the training and support you'll need to make the most of your best talent – helping people. With a salary of around £12,500 per annum, you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

In this role, you'll quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience. You'll show empathy, act with care and integrity, and take time to resolve queries, giving our customers confidence in the service you're providing. If located in one of our hybrid locations, you'll need to meet our Homeworking criteria, such as having a quiet, private room at home and a stable internet connection.

We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all of our colleagues have the opportunity to make a real difference. With us, you'll have a key role to play in shaping the financial services of the future, whilst the scale and reach of our Group means you'll have many opportunities to learn, grow, and develop.

Benefits:

  • 22 days' holiday, with bank holidays on top
  • A range of wellbeing initiatives
  • Generous parental leave policies
  • Discounted shopping
  • Share schemes including free shares

We keep your data safe and will always explain what we need and why, with any request coming from a trusted Lloyds Banking Group person.
