Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in Burnley, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving project success.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving project success.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Jira, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in project management principles and practices.
