About the Role

Horizon Care and Education is seeking a highly skilled Children Registered Manager to lead our home in providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people.

We offer a competitive salary of 51,500 per annum, including a 7,500 joining bonus, as well as 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

This role requires a minimum 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted home rated good or above, and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. Our ideal candidate will have NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
