Role Overview:

The Accounting Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Plant Controller in various business accounting activities, including invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.

Main Tasks:

  • Processing invoices and sending them to clients
  • Maintaining cash books and performing bank reconciliations
  • Managing purchase and sales ledgers
  • Liaising with external parties, such as providers and suppliers
  • Carrying out daily stock counts and accruals processing
  • Preparing monthly VAT submissions and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Performing basic administrative tasks and documenting procedures
  • Providing weekly and monthly financial reports

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in accounting or credit control
  • Proficiency in SAP Business 1/Hana and Microsoft software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
