Job Summary

Axion Moore is a dynamic business that has experienced significant growth over the past 5 years. We are now seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong background in managing budgets and forecasts. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare management accounts for several limited companies within the group, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all financial reports.
  2. Conduct full month-end routines, including preparation of profit & loss packs and reconciliation of all balance sheet nominals.
  3. Manage intercompany transactions, journals, and transfers, as well as inter-company reconciliations, to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Fully or part-qualified in ACA/ACCA or CIMA, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, with experience in using financial modeling software.
  • At least 5 years of experience working within a finance function, with at least 3 years' experience of producing management accounts.
