Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our senior finance team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for managing the UK finance team, leading the preparation of monthly and annual financial closes for the UK division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of manufactured and purchased product costs.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide financial support to the local management team and the Financial Controller.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, and handle VAT and corporate tax returns.

Requirements:

  • Apart from part-qualified or fully qualified accountancy qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent by experience, we require significant experience in a similar finance management position.
  • You must have worked within a manufacturing environment with cost accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential, as well as experience of managing staff and leading a team.
