Senior Nurse Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Nurse to join our Burnley Dialysis Unit team, working closely with the NHS. As a key figure in our organisation, you will oversee clinic operations, develop a high-performing team, and contribute to national initiatives for renal care excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include leading day-to-day activities, managing resources and budgets, and participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme. A registered nurse with strong leadership and team management skills is required, who can adapt to changing circumstances and drive results.
- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement effective resource allocation strategies
- Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and confidence
We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, employee recognition schemes, and opportunities for career progression.
