A global leading renal care provider seeks an experienced Dialysis Clinic Lead or senior nurse to join their team. This exciting opportunity is based in the UK and involves working in a bespoke Private Hospital with a dedicated team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold NMC/HCPC pin, post-basic qualification in renal nursing, ENB998 qualification (teaching/assessing), and at least two years' experience in Haemodialysis working at a Senior level. Managing and leading a team of nurses is also essential.

This position offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day running of a dialysis clinic, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The company offers a range of benefits, including 35 days holiday a year, no nights or Sunday shifts, pension scheme, life assurance, and discount and cashback schemes.
