Private Hospital Manager Position

MediTalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced dialysis clinic leader to manage the day-to-day operations of their bespoke private hospital in Burnley. As a seasoned renal care professional, you will be responsible for guiding and working with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in haemodialysis working at a senior level and a strong track record of managing and leading teams of nurses. They will also hold relevant qualifications such as an NMC/HCPC pin, post-basic qualification in renal nursing, and ENB998 teaching/assessing qualification.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective training programs for junior staff members
- Maintaining technical equipment and ensuring water quality conforms to Renal Association Standards
- Providing supervision, guidance, and monitoring of staff performance through regular audits, reviews, and patient/staff surveys
As part of the MediTalent team, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 plus benefits, including 35 days holiday per year, pension scheme, life assurance, and employee referral scheme.
