Our client, a global leading renal care provider, is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to join their team in Burnley. The successful candidate will have a strong background in renal nursing and excellent leadership skills.

Job Description

The Dialysis Clinic Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring that all technical equipment is fully maintained and operational. You will also act in a professional advisory role to staff, providing supervision and guidance on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses in a dialysis clinic setting
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve clinical excellence

Requirements

  • NMC/HCPC pin
  • Post-basic qualification in renal nursing (diploma, ENB Course 136 or equivalent)
  • ENB998 qualification or equivalent (teaching/assessing)
  • At least two years' experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level
  • Experience of managing and leading a team of nurses
