Key Responsibilities:- Unit Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Haemodialysis Unit, ensuring smooth running and adherence to best practices.
- Staff Development: Provide guidance, supervision, and ongoing training to junior members of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits, reviews, and surveys to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- NMC/HCPC Pin: Hold a valid registration with the relevant professional body.
- Renal Experience: Proven experience in renal care, preferably at a senior level.
- Qualifications: Post-basic qualification in renal nursing (e.g., diploma, ENB Course 136 or equivalent) and teaching/assessing qualification (ENB998 or equivalent).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate ability to manage and lead a team of nurses, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
