Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated good or above home.
  • Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, prioritizing quality and focusing on the success of small things.
