Job DescriptionThe Customer Interaction Project Analyst will be responsible for performing specific project set up tasks in Oracle, reviewing work breakdown structures, and identifying projects suitable for automatic billing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle and project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Perform project set up tasks in Oracle, including setting up key members, contracts, and agreement setup.
- Review work breakdown structures for compatibility with automatic billing.
- Identify projects suitable for rates or time and materials automatic billing.
- Populate billing details required to enable automatic billing using billing information provided by the PM or contract billing schedule.
- Set up 'bill to addresses' at project level.
- Experience working in the accounting or project controls function of a sizeable international company.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze information and processes.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
