Job Summary: We are looking for an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Stark Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our back-office pre- and post-construction project tasks, ensuring reporting and communication with clients and other stakeholders are maintained to a high service level.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate land rights processes, ensuring best-in-class SLAs are maintained.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to gather all project information requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support handover meetings between technical solution team members and operational project managers, documenting project plan requirements accurately.
  • Ensure MPxN requests and creation are completed within best-in-class SLAs.
  • Update internal and industry databases for installed assets.
  • Manage mailbox queries and make database updates accurately and within SLAs.
