Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our team at SmartPA in Epsom, UK. As an Administrative Support Manager, you will provide exceptional administrative support to clients on a daily basis, responding to their requests and supporting their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to clients, including responding to emails and phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Preparing and editing documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to client offices in Epsom

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
