Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative support to key client networks and wider business. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy in data and numerical entry, and confidence in checking for errors before final submissions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing documentation for financial checks, maintaining credit documentation for clients, and completing and sending all relevant financial documentation and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prepare documentation for financial checks
  • Maintain credit documentation for clients
  • Complete and send all relevant financial documentation and agreements
  • Provide finance quotations
  • Loading proposals onto the system


Requirements:
  • Experience working within a Financial or Insurance environment
  • Ability to work under pressure within a team as well as on your own initiative
  • A confident communicator across multiple platforms
  • Great attention to detail
  • Microsoft packages including Excel


Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
