Key Responsibilities

As Maintenance Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our maintenance team and developing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

You will work closely with our Regional Account Manager to identify additional revenue streams and develop client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E facilities management, with experience in commercial site management or contract management.

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
