Job Description

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our homes' comfort and safety. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, including resolving maintenance concerns and engaging with contractors as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  2. Source alternative suppliers and engage with approved contractors.
  3. Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
  4. Oversee the Maintenance Assistant's work, including day-to-day supervision and objective setting.
Requirements

  • An awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
