Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and colleagues. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of facilities, while also upholding high standards of general upkeep for our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Engage with approved contractors and source alternative suppliers as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
  • Oversee the Maintenance Assistant's work, including day-to-day supervision and objective setting.

  • A solid understanding of building systems and regulatory requirements.
  • An awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
