Specialist Community Public Health Nurse Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Health Visitor to join our team in the Bolton area. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and families, promoting health and wellbeing, and identifying potential risks and harm.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based services using assessment and intervention tools.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary 0-19 service, providing excellent support and guidance to children and families.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and health promotion principles. They will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
