The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of community LD experience and be able to work collaboratively with health, education, and social care professionals. They will also need to be an experienced Registered Nurse (Learning Disability), RNLD. As a key member of the community team, they will be responsible for providing specialist assessments, carrying out interventions, and giving advice to empower and build resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge and skills by working across wider Children's Services as needed.
  • Support early help for families by working collaboratively with health, education, and social care professionals.
