Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Essential Requirements:
  • Nursing qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Prior experience in paediatric nursing, particularly with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Estimated Salary: £38,750 - £48,750 per annum (dependent on experience).
