We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse in Public Health Specialist to join our team at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a broad knowledge of working in the community with children and their wider family. You will be responsible for delivering an evidence-based service using a wide range of assessment and intervention tools, providing excellent support alongside a wider multi-disciplinary 0-19 service.

This role involves managing a universal plus and partnership plus caseload, working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure protection and the best health outcomes for children and families in Bolton. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will work within the community dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of need.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £35,144 - £43,041 per annum (pro rata if part-time). We also offer a range of benefits, including:

  • UK NMC registration
