Community Learning Disability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Learning Disability) to join our dynamic community team providing specialist assessments and interventions for children and young people with Learning Disabilities. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure and have a full driving licence with use of own car.
Main Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessments, carry out interventions, and give advice to empower and build resilience.
- Work collaboratively with health, education, and social care professionals to develop opportunities for identified health outcomes.

This role is a Band 6 position, which typically comes with a salary range between £32,000 and £43,041 per annum, depending on location and experience.
