Disability Care Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Youth Support Professional to join our team. As a Disability Care Specialist, you will work closely with children and young people with disabilities, delivering tailored support and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with the school team to develop inclusive learning environments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience working with special needs children or adults is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service or commitment to apply.
Location and Working Hours: Bolton - Full-time (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Salary Range: £90-£98 per day
