About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a person-centred support package tailored to meet the needs of each individual accessing our Floating Support service.

This involves providing support to people with multiple and complex needs, assisting them in developing skills required to build resilience and maintain independent living, and helping them move on into permanent housing.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of supporting vulnerable individuals and households. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A relevant qualification in social care or a related field would be advantageous.
