About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our integrated care team in Bolton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist diagnostic and therapeutic services to adults with learning disabilities who have communication difficulties and/or dysphagia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients through effective assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with patients, relatives, carers, and professionals to achieve seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary working, including training, decision-making, case conferences, and scheduled meetings.

What You'll Need:

  • SLT degree qualification or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration – Licence to practice.
  • Membership of special interest groups.
  • Evidence of postgraduate professional development.
