Learning Disability Care Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Nurse (Learning Disability) to join our community team. The successful candidate will have experience of supervising/supporting others and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also need to be an experienced Registered Nurse (Learning Disability), RNLD, with a valid full driving licence and ability to travel independently.
Job Overview- Provide specialist assessments, carry out interventions, and give advice to empower and build resilience.
- Work collaboratively with health, education, and social care professionals to develop opportunities for identified health outcomes.
This role is a Band 6 position, which typically comes with a salary range between £32,000 and £43,041 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a valued member of the team, the successful candidate will receive excellent support and development opportunities, including access to ongoing training and development programs.
