Bolton NHS Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join its team in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

In this role, you will work closely with other agencies to deliver the Healthy Child Programme, manage a universal plus and partnership plus caseload, and provide support to children, young people, and families.

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will also enjoy benefits such as 27 days holiday rising to 33 days (depending on NHS service), NHS Car lease scheme, NHS Technology Scheme, NHS Cycle to work Scheme, Access to on-site Gymnasium, NHS Discounts, and Vivup.
