At Connect Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing & Finance Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

As a key member of our established client's team, you will be responsible for managing orders from clients and suppliers, and placing them on the system. To succeed in this role, you will require strong administrative and IT skills, as well as experience with Xero accounting package.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a construction/window fabrication business, with an excellent telephone manner and customer care skills. You will work within a newly-refurbished office environment, and will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £13.50.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to work independently. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and procurement, we want to hear from you.
