Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing & Finance Assistant to join our team at Connect Appointments. This is a temporary-to-permanent position based in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work within an established team in a newly-refurbished office.
  2. Have previous experience, preferably in a construction/window fabrication business.
  3. Be experienced with Xero accounting package.
  4. Have excellent telephone manner and customer care skills.
  5. Take care of orders from clients and suppliers and place them on the system.
  6. Require solid administrative and IT skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour.
