Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst and Project Coordinator to support our Transaction Services team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing financial due diligence services to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and interpret complex financial analysis using various tools and sources, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel.
  • Lead or participate in discussions with clients and target businesses to understand their financial performance and analyze their financial information.
  • Support project management activities, including engagement letter preparation, progress monitoring, and risk management.
  • Contribute to business development, client relationship management, recruitment, and learning and development initiatives within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience working in finance and a basic understanding of Transaction Services activities.
  • ACA/ACCA qualification or relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive approach to continuous development and self-improvement.

Salary and Benefits
